Weekly Round Up Oct 16

FOODIE:

Cauliflower is a totally understated main course item. It’s cheap, it’s filling, & it’s versatile in the oven, grill or stove top. Star Infinite Food shared her Whole Roasted Maple Mustard Cauliflower with Parmesan-Macadamia Crunch recently so I had to try. I loved that you could just rub the thing down, quickly bake it with no stress, but huge WOW factor!

AT HOME:

I walked into a shop this week in NYC and smelled a new perfume I hadddd to have - Sśaint Cosmic Bang. It’s a unisex fragrance, with scents of black tea, bay leaf, hay, bergamot and tobacco — accentuated by the delicacies of musk, fig and cedar. Perfect for winter. The brand’s natural products and Australian roots had me sold. Would be an excellent holiday gift!

BUSINESS:

Interested in optimizing your SEO before engagement season?  Sara Does SEO, friend and SEO guru just launched The SEO Fix. Highly recommend her programs to optimize your organic reach post-engagement season.

Speaking of engagement season, I am going to be going LIVE for a webinar with Wedding Pro October 25th to talk about necessary website updates you will want to make in preps for a new round of qualified couples. Save the date for details!

BOOKS:

Recently I watched a Materclass featuring a Matthew Walker’s “Science of better sleep”. I was fascinated. Did you know that sleeping can actually help us learn more, problem solve better and ultimately help us be more creative?

I’m personally curious how to use rest to leverage success and this week I started divulging his book “Why We Sleep Better”

TRAVEL:

I just wrapped a 5 day trip to NYC and you know me, packing in a carry-on is non-negotiable. My life saver is this Beis Mini Weekender tote. It is the best biz bag, gift and travel companion. Event stuffed and heavier than my roller it fits under the seat in front of me. HIGHLY recommend.
