Part of my 2023 goals are to be more balanced and intuitive in my daily life. A huge part of this is learning to find quiet, and these Loop Earplugs have been absolutely essential. As someone who has had some tummy issues with my health protocol and fabulous dining lifestyle, a friend turned me onto this small company that is approaching things with intention. When I take these Arrae pills at night, I wake up feeling so much more comfortable. The company also just sent me their “calm” and their “sleep” supplements and I am loving both.

I love wine, I love the story, I love learning about viniculture and understanding the differences the soil and process makes in a grape varietal. I love Oregon wines, and the makers of these wines at The Marigny are natural, small batch, and have no-added anything so it’s pretty much healthy. Find where you can pick some up locally here.

I ran across the L’Occitane Cleansing and Softening Shower Oil in New Orleans at the Four Seasons and knew I had to take this amenity to my own bathroom. It comes out like an oil but foams like a body wash, and has a luxurious way of moisturizing during dry months. Its scent is light and gender neutral, and you can also buy a bigger size and pour it into your own dispenser. I did that with these amber ones in my shower.

One of my favorite bags for the weekend is my market Oyster Bag! Since it is mesh and can’t be ruined by moisture or spills, I love taking it with me to house parties with wine & food, love taking it on the boat for damp beach towels and will even toss it in the car for an easy to see storage container for days-time errands.
