50+ event pro Tips for Reducing Stress & Anxiety While Fostering Focus

For the last 18 years as a solopreneur, it has been a rollercoaster of emotions as I have learned, grown, been disappointed, overwhelmed and lacked focus. It can be isolating to run a business on your own. A lot of our experiences as small business owners are learned on the job, in the failures and wins — or perhaps you get lucky and get input from a trusted peer.

In the last year, I’ve had frequent conversations with event based business owners about the burn out and chaos that they feel — and as I leaned into my community of friends in this space, I realized none of us are alone.

That inspired me to create a free e-book to gather top tips from experienced event professionals to share with the industry as a whole. As I asked the hard questions, so many honest and helpful responses started filling my texts and emails. The desire to help the industry not feel alone was incredibly heartfelt and I have shaped this e-book project to best serve all of you as a reference guide in the times you feel hopeless, overwhelmed and stuck.

You will hear from industry veterans — photographers, entertainment pros, planners, designers, consultants and more. These worldwide pros have put in their time and fought anxiety, overwhelm and stress in their own careers and share their insight for a better balanced life.

Check out the free referenceable e-book with 50+ tips here.

We are here to help you find solstice in being apart of this crazy industry. Where the creatives meet the business minds, where the pressures of happiness are great and we drain ourselves to give a once in a lifetime experience - but at what cost?

Let’s unite, let’s create boundaries and understand what recharges us to do our best work and achieve the balance with our personal lives. We really are blessed to work alongside many talented vendors in our communities. May the desire for preventative stress and anxiety management spread like wildfire as we encourage each other to grow and refine to the futures we were destined for.

I just wanna say how humbled I am to have a community of event professionals who are so honest, vulnerable and willing to share their hearts.

Thank you to the kind souls who shared their hearts and habits of what makes them thrive as successful business owners and humans in this industry. All with the understanding to want and grow to be better ourselves. May we find inspiration from each other to keep changing the face of our industry for the better with one another.

I am so grateful to be apart of such an incredible industry alongside you all.
