We have to remember that our potential clients see us from lots of different angles. Each angle and touch point we weave together tells a much larger story of our brand, its values and our service quality through the sales process and over time.
One of the mistakes I see many business owners make is creating, stressing over and overthinking a visual brand touch point. Having a brand guide book and guidelines for what your brand should look like by having consistent color, fonts, imagery is the best way to tell a story of what you can offer and the experience your client will get when working together.
Having detailed touch points that work together allows you to position your brand as thoughtful and intentional, confident and established.
