A couple of weeks ago on the blog, I talked about finding confidence in your business and brand. One of my favorite exercises for my clients is to have them make a 2 column list — in the first, a list of the way they make people feel when they work together, and in the second, a list of how they will feel if people don’t use them. I’m gonna be vulnerable about my own with us/without us list so you can see the contrast.

This list also helps me define what I value and the client experience I want people to have. I use these feelings in my marketing to help people understand what they can achieve when working with me!

Print out your Feeling with us/without us PDF and define what you do differently & what the end result will feel like when they hire you. Now, approach these bullet points with a marketing lens and share them individually throughout your website, social, and marketing materials!

By working with me they will feel:

  • Confidence

  • Higher perceived value

  • Empowered with how their brand works

  • Access to shortcuts to success

  • Have processes in place

  • Motivated

  • Community engagement

  • Sense of support

  • Time efficiency

  • Equipped with my resources to reach their ideal client

  • Access to map of success

  • Checklists to give focus

  • Community empowered

If they don’t use me, they will feel:

  • Burned out & not reaching the client they want

  • Isolated

  • Helpless

  • Not worthy

  • Taken advantage of by clients

  • Fear they are going to break up their family without adequate time

  • Friends & family wish they would make a change

  • Stagnant doing the same thing

  • Losing money and spending it in the wrong places
